This is a contract between you (the “Cause”) and Wonder Corporation. It is a legal document so some of the language is necessarily “legalese” but we have tried to make it as readable as possible.
Submission of this form does not guarantee selection as a Cause. Causes are selected on an individual basis and by the complete discretion of Wonder. Selected Causes will be contacted via email upon approval.
The Cause Agreement outlines the scope of commitments and obligations between Wonder and the Cause for Wonder's online 2024 Big Plans Calendar Fundraiser (the "Fundraiser"). These terms are so important that we cannot have you participate as a Cause unless you agree to them.
We periodically update these terms. We might also choose to replace these terms in their entirety if, for example, the fundraiser changes, ends, or becomes part of a larger national or international event. If we significantly update or replace the terms we will let you know via electronic means, which may include a text or by email. If you don’t agree to the update or replacement, you can choose to terminate described in the Agreement.
